Historic Renovation- Madison, CT- Planning the expansion of the Jonathon Wilcox House (1830), across from the Madison Town green , posed many challenges. The narrow site was subject to wetlands, design review and Planning and zoning approvals. A new addition, pool and garage expresses itself in an effort to enhance the rich historic character of the area.
